Ek is ‘n Namibier in murg en bloed. Ek hou my lewe lank skook, met hier en daar ‘n kort tussenpose. Ek is getroud, het drie kinders en (op die oomblik) drie kleinkinders. Dit het my my lewe lank gevat voordat ek die moed gehad het om te begin skryf.
